Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end logistics and transportation operations for agri‑food products. The role ensures efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective movement of goods to global markets while supporting the company’s growth, sustainability and operational excellence goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business growth and sustainability objectives.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including cold‑chain and export operations.
• Oversee customs clearance, documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Optimise routes, carrier management and logistics costs.
• Lead relationships with logistics partners and 3PL providers.
• Implement logistics technology to improve visibility and decision‑making.
• Ensure product integrity and cold‑chain compliance during transit.
• Monitor and report on logistics KPIs and budget performance.
• Lead and develop the logistics team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (Master’s or APICS/CLTD a plus).
• 7+ years of logistics management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in agri‑food, FMCG or perishable goods sectors preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Office‑based role with regular interaction with internal and external partners.

Required skills

• International logistics and trade compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Cold‑chain management expertise.
• Knowledge of food safety, health and environmental regulations.
