About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist / Coordinator to join our growing logistics team in Giza. The role will focus on managing international shipments, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and supporting cost‑effective supply‑chain operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate international shipments, both containerized and break‑bulk.
- Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and inspection agencies.
- Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
- Resolve logistics and customs clearance issues efficiently.
- Improve logistics processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and INCOTERMS.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or international trade.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, INCOTERMS, and export/import documentation.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in food commodities, oils, additives, chemicals, or related industries is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office.
