Logistics Specialist

About the role

The Logistics Specialist will support real‑time monitoring and execution of delivery operations, ensuring that delivery agents (DAs) meet appearance, hygiene and branding standards while maintaining high service quality. The role involves rapid issue resolution, data collection, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor DA appearance, hygiene and branding compliance on a daily basis.
• Conduct field audits to verify adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Gather and document restaurant feedback on DA performance and attitude.
• Track and validate DA cash collections, escalating any irregularities.
• Support the rollout of new operational processes and tools.
• Assist in identifying delay reasons and coordinate live interventions.
• Prepare weekly field reports highlighting compliance levels, risks and recommendations.
• Escalate operational risks such as repeated delays or non‑responsive DAs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in delivery support or logistics operations.
• Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with delivery‑agent workflows and service‑level agreement enforcement.
