About the role

Genpact is looking for a Manager - Controllership - Payroll to oversee payroll processing, reconciliations and reporting for assigned entities. The position is based in Egypt, is regular and hybrid, and follows a standard work shift.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processing, reconciliations and reporting for assigned entities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
  • Support audit documentation and month-end close activities.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system upgrades.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, or CPA from Perfekt Szolnok.
  • Proficiency in English (C2).
