Specialist - F&A - I2C 4A

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Specialist in Finance & Accounts (F&A) for the I2C domain, based in Egypt. The role covers cash application and reconciliation of agent accounts, with a standard work shift and hybrid arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile the agent account according to the remittance provided by the account current agent.
• Post amounts on policy bill lines received from the agent for policy premiums.
• Follow up with the agent on delinquent items and on amounts held in suspense accounts.
• Ensure transaction quality complies with the SLA metrics defined by the company.
• Provide relevant process reports on time and follow attendance rosters and company policies.
• Coach and groom team members to build a strong, efficient team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance.
• Certifications such as Accounts Payable (F-Tec), CFA, CPA, CTP or Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate verbally and by email with businesses, and to build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Positive attitude focused on continuous process improvement.

Required skills

• Accounting, cash application, collections management and deductions management.
• Banking capital markets knowledge.
• English at upper-intermediate (B2) level.

The position is regular, hybrid, with a standard work shift in Egypt.
