Marketing Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

Alignerr is seeking experienced marketing educators to help train AI systems on branding, consumer behavior, and marketing strategy. This remote, hourly contract lets you apply your teaching expertise to shape the way AI understands real‑world marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated marketing questions, scenarios, and strategic explanations used for model training.
• Assess the quality of AI reasoning around brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that improves the accuracy and relevance of AI outputs.
• Identify common misconceptions and gaps in marketing logic based on your teaching experience.
• Work independently and asynchronously, setting your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching marketing at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and business communication.
• Ability to critically evaluate written strategic reasoning and deliver actionable feedback.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• No prior AI experience required; training will be provided.
