Medical Claims Officer (Physicians Only)

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Claims Officer to join our travel medical services team in Nasr City, Cairo. The role focuses on handling physician‑related claims, ensuring compliance with medical regulations, and delivering timely, high‑quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle medical claims and requests, following up on collections.
• Negotiate claim settlements and provide recommendations.
• Review, archive, send, and monitor reimbursement claims.
• Assess medical reports in line with insurance contracts and agreements.
• Apply regulations concerning transfers, medicines, and cash refunds.
• Maintain the quality of medical documents within agreed timeframes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in medical and travel insurance.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
