Pharmacy Manager (New Cairo)

About the role

Omran Pharmacy, a growing multi‑branch pharmacy network in Egypt, is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to lead its New Cairo (5th Settlement) outlet. This full‑time, on‑site position will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe dispensing of prescriptions, and delivering high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment.
• Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate stock records using the company’s advanced inventory system.
• Ensure all prescriptions are dispensed safely and efficiently, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Implement best practices in pharmacy workflow, including delivery tracking and patient counseling.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with local pharmacy regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice, prescription management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience mentoring pharmacy teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in multi‑branch pharmacy management is a plus.
