MEP Engineer – Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer to supervise and maintain Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across our facilities. You will ensure efficient operation, support troubleshooting, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of MEP systems and monitor preventive and corrective activities.
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to technical issues, provide troubleshooting support, and coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies and safety standards.
• Review maintenance reports, update equipment records, and manage spare‑parts inventory.
• Support engineering projects, system upgrades, and prepare regular maintenance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, facility management, or construction.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
