OPC Leader – Construction Coordination for Rail Projects

About the role

Alstom is seeking a full‑time OPC Leader to drive site coordination across multiple rail projects in Egypt. You will work closely with customers, civil partners and contractors to ensure smooth handovers, permit management and on‑site installation execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report progress for indoor and outdoor scopes on four major projects.
• Lead site and area handovers, coordinating with all stakeholders.
• Manage permits to work for installation fronts and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
• Prepare and review installation documents, ensuring contractors have the right tools, materials and training.
• Report progress, identify risks, prepare claims with contracts management, and track KPIs.
• Handle NCRs, punch lists and create detailed site reports.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Engineering.
• 9‑15 years of construction coordination experience on railway projects.
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and tools.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to work across Cairo, Alexandria, Belbes and 10th of Ramadan, including day/night shifts.
