Nasaaem Hospital is looking for an experienced OPD Manager to lead the Outpatient Department and ensure a seamless, high‑quality patient experience. The role involves coordinating medical and administrative teams, overseeing daily operations, and driving service improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Outpatient Department (OPD).
• Supervise front‑office, reception, and patient‑flow activities.
• Coordinate effectively between medical and administrative departments.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement quality‑enhancement initiatives.
• Handle scheduling, reporting, and operational performance tracking.
• Support the implementation of policies and procedures to boost efficiency.
• Lead and supervise OPD staff while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital operations or outpatient department management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and patient service skills.
• Previous experience in hospitals or healthcare organizations is preferred.
