Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to lead and optimize our financial workflows, from patient registration through to final claims resolution. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient cash flow and regulatory compliance within our hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire billing, coding, patient registration, and collections lifecycle.
• Identify bottlenecks, reduce claim denials, and accelerate cash flow.
• Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, payer contracts, and medical coding standards.
• Analyze financial metrics and produce actionable reports for senior leadership.
• Mentor and manage a high‑performing billing and RCM team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management within a hospital or large clinical setting.
• Proven track record of reducing denial rates and improving Net Collection Ratios.
