Operations Specialist

About the role

TMG is looking for a dynamic Operations Specialist to support the day‑to‑day management of its shopping centre portfolio. This entry‑level position offers a recent graduate the chance to develop a solid foundation in real‑estate operations within a fast‑growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations across multiple shopping centres.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure facilities are well‑maintained and operational.
• Monitor and optimise operational processes to boost efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
• Support budget planning and control for operational expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair projects.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Help implement health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Provide support in tenant relations and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
