Oracle Manufacturing & MES Manager

About the role

Minapharm Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Oracle Manufacturing & MES Manager to lead the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of its Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platforms. The role ensures seamless integration between ERP and shop‑floor operations, supporting the production of biopharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all functional and configuration aspects of Oracle Process Manufacturing modules, including product development, process execution, cost management, quality management, and planning.
• Design and maintain OPM master data structures such as recipes, routings, process parameters, resources, and item classifications.
• Develop reports, queries, and analytics to support manufacturing operations, costing variance analysis, and management decision‑making.
• Lead OPM enhancements, patches, upgrades, and issue resolution in coordination with end users and Oracle support.
• Ensure proper integration between OPM and Oracle EBS modules (BOM, WIP, Inventory, Costing).
• Own functional administration of the MES platform, aligning shop‑floor execution with ERP master data and approved processes.
• Maintain MES master data, including process flows, electronic batch records (eBR), parameters, and equipment configurations.
• Coordinate MES‑ERP integration for batch initiation, material consumption, yield reporting, in‑process quality results, and batch closure.
• Support production, QA/QC, and engineering teams in designing, testing, and deploying MES workflows.
• Lead MES change controls, version management, and validation/qualification activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) and/or Oracle E‑Business Suite in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical production processes and regulatory requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and electronic batch records.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with production, quality, engineering, and IT teams.
