Oracle Utilities Technical Lead

About the role

The Oracle Utilities Technical Lead will design, implement, and lead enterprise‑grade solutions within the Oracle Utilities ecosystem. This role focuses on delivering scalable, secure integrations for utility companies across AMI, customer engagement, and analytics domains, overseeing the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical teams through end‑to‑end Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Develop and customize Digital Customer Experience (DCX) components, including widgets and flows in DCS/CX4U.
• Design real‑time data exchange between DCX, CC&B, and MDM using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Middleware (SOA/OSB).
• Extend Oracle Utilities products with OUAF, Java, Groovy, and Oracle JET.
• Configure complex utility rate structures such as tiered, net‑metering, and Time‑of‑Use rates.
• Implement Oracle Intelligent Advisor for reporting and Oracle Digital Assistant for self‑service interactions.
• Develop high‑performance batch extract programs and automated onboarding processes (IWS).
• Design and execute test plans using SQL and V‑model validation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication or a related technical field.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments and managing onsite‑offshore delivery models.
• Proven ability to produce comprehensive technical documentation, architectural designs, and deployment plans.
