OTR Area Manager – Fast Delivery Operations

About the role

Amazon Now is building a new fast‑delivery service in Egypt and needs an experienced Area Manager to lead On‑the‑Road (OTR) operations. You will oversee 3P partners, drive productivity, and ensure safety while supporting a diverse team in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across all shifts.
• Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions to meet quality, productivity and SLA targets.
• Manage OTR operations with third‑party partners to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly plans.
• Lead OTR Supervisors, standardising daily routines for each dark store.
• Support administrative tasks while building a strong team culture.
• Identify process improvements to optimise work and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights and holidays.
