Outdoor Sales – Basic Materials & F&B

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Outdoor Sales professional to retain and grow existing accounts while developing new business in the Basic Materials, Food & Beverage and Pharma segments across Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and develop existing accounts within WIKA's full supply capability.
• Identify and acquire new accounts to increase market share in the targeted segments.
• Report weekly progress to the Regional Sales Manager and define plans to meet sales targets.
• Achieve sales targets in line with corporate pricing strategy.
• Understand business, market trends and future development plans of customers.
• Monitor company trends and market dynamics.
• Adopt a customer‑first approach and collaborate closely with customers' technical and commercial teams.
• Work with the Inside Sales Support Team to maximise opportunities.

Required profile

• Graduated from an engineering department of a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of proven outdoor sales experience in sectors such as steel, cement, aluminum, sugar, pharmaceutical or food industry.
• Enthusiastic, ambitious and self‑motivated.
• Experience in the process industry is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
• Private car and valid driving licence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with willingness to travel for fieldwork and client visits.
