Planning, Budget & Cost Controller

About the role

The Planning, Budget & Cost Controller will ensure accurate financial planning and cost control for a large manufacturing plant. You will work closely with all plant departments and the head office to keep budgets aligned with operational realities.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review and validate budget inputs from every department.
• Monitor actual plant costs against the approved budget and highlight variances.
• Analyse budget deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Update and revise financial forecasts in response to operational and market changes.
• Coordinate budget information flow between plant operations and the head office to ensure consistency and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering with a finance focus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and cost control.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
