About the role
The Planning, Budget & Cost Controller will ensure accurate financial planning and cost control for a large manufacturing plant. You will work closely with all plant departments and the head office to keep budgets aligned with operational realities.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, review and validate budget inputs from every department.
- Monitor actual plant costs against the approved budget and highlight variances.
- Analyse budget deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Update and revise financial forecasts in response to operational and market changes.
- Coordinate budget information flow between plant operations and the head office to ensure consistency and compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering with a finance focus.
- 3‑5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and cost control.
- Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
