PMO Manager – Governance Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager to lead governance initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with cross‑functional and development teams building Gen AI and ML solutions, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and monitored in line with governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans for governance initiatives, defining objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Lead execution and implementation of governance frameworks, coordinating with stakeholders and development teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, maintain transparent communication, and ensure alignment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Define KPIs, generate performance reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement change‑management strategies to facilitate adoption of new governance practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably with a focus on governance.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing projects that involve Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies.
