Process Control Engineer

About the role

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to efficient knitting operations by enhancing processes, supporting training initiatives, and maintaining quality and performance standards across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain proper housekeeping.
• Develop, deliver, and monitor department training programs and processes.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure operational procedures and quality standards are followed.
• Monitor QC, production efficiency, cycle times, and work‑in‑process to achieve targets.
• Investigate and resolve quality, fabric, and operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process and machinery performance.
• Support audit readiness, customer requirements, and risk analysis reporting.
• Manage international brand styles and oversee project flow from order receipt to shipment.
• Train and support team members to ensure performance, development, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering (Knitting, Weaving or Spinning).
• At least 3 years of experience in textile manufacturing, specifically knitting.
• Strong knowledge of textile production processes and machine troubleshooting.
• Experience with ERP reporting and familiarity with ISO quality standards.
• Lean and 5S methodology knowledge.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Capability to train, guide and develop team members.
