Procurement & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Scatec is looking for a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to support the delivery of renewable energy projects in Egypt. The role bridges procurement and logistics functions, ensuring that materials, equipment and services reach project sites safely, on time and in compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and logistics activities throughout project execution and operational phases.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, delivery plans, shipping registers and project schedules.
• Support supplier sourcing, issue logistics tenders (RFPs), evaluate bids and administer contracts.
• Manage customs documentation, track deliveries and communicate with suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
• Monitor logistics execution plans to guarantee timely delivery of equipment and materials to sites.
• Review invoices, delivery documents and purchase orders to ensure accurate processing and contract compliance.
• Assist procurement compliance initiatives and provide operational support to the Supply Chain and Operations & Maintenance teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in procurement and logistics coordination.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional project, supply‑chain and operations teams.
• Familiarity with customs procedures and documentation for international shipments.
