Procurement & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Procurement & Operations Coordinator to support our supply chain activities at Pixel edge in 6th of October, Giza. The role involves managing supplier relationships, purchasing, and ensuring smooth execution of orders and installations on site.

Key responsibilities

• Search for suppliers, obtain competitive quotations and negotiate prices for required items.
• Purchase materials and products, follow up purchase orders and ensure timely availability.
• Coordinate delivery of orders to customers and oversee installation and site work at factories and customer locations.
• Work closely with technicians and contractors during job execution, supervising ongoing work to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, suppliers, and technicians throughout the process.
• Track orders from purchase through final delivery and completion.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer handling, order execution, purchasing or operations.
• Previous experience in industrial supplies or trading companies is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Professional interaction with customers, suppliers, technicians and contractors.
• Excellent follow‑up, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Good command of English is preferred.
