Warehouse Manager – Full Time, On-site

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in 6th of October, Giza. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement across all warehouse activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation to guarantee inventory accuracy.
• Develop, implement, and refine warehouse policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse teams to meet productivity and performance targets.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, and Sales to ensure efficient material flow.
• Monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.
• Optimize layout and storage utilization to reduce costs.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics for timely order fulfillment.
• Manage WMS and ERP transactions, ensuring data integrity.
• Prepare operational reports, inventory analyses, and performance dashboards for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of warehouse experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and distribution processes.
• Hands‑on experience with WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
