Production Section Head

About the role
We are seeking a Production Section Head to lead our manufacturing floor at Jude Benhalim’s luxury jewelry atelier in New Cairo. The role combines hands‑on production management with continuous‑improvement initiatives to ensure high‑quality output and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and achieve daily production targets.
- Optimize the flow of manpower, machinery and materials across the shop floor.
- Implement scrap‑reduction programs and drive continuous‑improvement projects.
- Lead, coach and develop the production team, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety (EHS) standards and quality requirements.
Required profile
- B.Sc. in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in metal or jewelry manufacturing.
- Proven expertise with CNC equipment and Lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
Required skills
- CNC operation and programming.
- Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.
