Professional Services Specialist – French Language

About the role
The Professional Services Specialist will act as the single point of contact for Acronis partners and end‑customers, ensuring successful implementations, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to monthly recurring revenue goals. The role involves occasional travel, including international trips.
Key responsibilities
- Develop responses to RFIs/RFPs, technical and commercial proposals.
- Create PSA and SOW documents in collaboration with Sales and Legal.
- Plan and manage implementation, consulting, and integration projects.
- Coordinate with Datacenter Operations, R&D, Support and other teams to resolve technical roadblocks.
- Maintain deep functional and technical knowledge of the Acronis product portfolio.
- Review customer implementation plans and advise on best practices.
- Present new product features and guide customers through releases.
- Monitor customer run rates, devise remediation plans, and track incidents and feature requests.
- Provide regular updates on support cases, incidents, and feature requests.
- Manage escalations, produce executive summaries and root‑cause analysis reports.
- Feed customer requirements back to Product Management.
- Conduct quarterly review meetings on run rates, projects and upcoming activities.
- Lead internal development projects and ensure consistent execution and reporting.
Required profile
- 3+ years experience as a Project Manager or Technical Account Manager in a software or systems‑integration environment.
- 3+ years hands‑on technical experience with SaaS, IaaS, storage, hypervisors, backup, disaster recovery, REST APIs, IP network design/administration, data‑center/infrastructure design and operations, database and server administration, dashboards/reports, and Python scripting (advantage).
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business analysis, project, risk and relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
