Professor / Associate Professor / Lecturer – General Medicine (Part‑time)

About the role

The German University in Cairo seeks highly capable and motivated academics to join the Faculty of Dentistry on a part‑time basis. The position involves teaching, supervising, and contributing to the General Medicine department.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise practical and theoretical sessions, including laboratory and clinical activities.
• Deliver lectures and tutorials to effectively communicate academic content.
• Oversee student portfolio progress and provide mentorship.
• Update course material and ensure integration with related divisions.
• Develop and teach interdisciplinary courses, electives, and complementary faculty courses.

Required profile

• Doctoral degree in the relevant academic discipline.
• Several years of teaching and practical experience.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
