Project Leader – R&D Projects

About the role

Electrolux Group is seeking a Project Leader to drive R&D projects from concept to series production. You will work in a multicultural, cross‑functional environment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality, safety, and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects on new platforms, subsystems, features, and product designs.
• Manage cost‑reduction, safety, quality, standardisation, and innovation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and present progress to steering committees.
• Organise testing activities, pilot runs, and production approvals.
• Apply project and quality tools such as FMEA, quality plans, test plans and corrective‑action tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years leading projects.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a matrix organisation.
