Project Manager – Hotel Hospitality Construction

About the role

Egis, a global leader in architecture, engineering and mobility services, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a prestigious hotel hospitality construction project. The role will involve overseeing the project from conception through delivery and handover, ensuring the development meets brand standards, guest experience expectations and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive Project Management Plans, including strategy, communication protocols and master programmes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and create strategic roadmaps aligned with hotel operator objectives and brand standards.
• Lead project meetings and maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Prepare Request for Proposals, evaluate tender submissions and negotiate contracts to secure best value.
• Facilitate risk review workshops and value‑engineering initiatives throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs, quality benchmarks and hospitality‑specific compliance requirements.
• Assess contractor claims for delays and work with commercial teams to minimise impact on opening schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑faceted construction projects, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of hotel operational systems, brand compliance and guest‑experience requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
