Project Manager – Infrastructure & Industrial Projects

About the role

ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure, industrial, civil engineering and real‑estate development projects. The role is based on‑site at locations such as El Dabaa, Abo Rawash or 10 of Ramadan and involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project timelines, budgets and quality targets.
• Oversee planning, execution and hand‑over of infrastructure, industrial and real‑estate projects.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor progress, conduct stakeholder meetings and produce status reports.
• Identify risks, resolve issues and align projects with company objectives.
• Ensure safety, building‑code and quality‑standard compliance on site.
• Manage client expectations, government approvals and stakeholder relationships.
• Supervise site activities, construction sequences and schedule adherence.
• Coach and support project team members to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PMP preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial development or real‑estate development.
• MBA is a plus.
• Excellent command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
