About the role
Temenos is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of banking software implementations. You will guide projects from pre‑sales estimations and workshops through to final rollout, ensuring contractual and financial commitments are met while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Define project scope, business objectives and critical success factors.
- Develop and communicate detailed project plans to clients, internal teams and management.
- Manage client expectations, ensuring delivery stays within agreed scope, timeline and budget.
- Lead resource planning, utilization and progress reporting.
- Oversee project team, troubleshoot issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- University degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent project‑management qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience managing large, complex enterprise software projects for the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to manage contractual and financial aspects of projects.
