QA/QC Manager – One-year Project in Saudi Arabia

About the role

The QA/QC Manager will lead quality assurance and control activities for a one-year project in Saudi Arabia, ensuring full compliance with Aramco quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection test plans (ITP).
• Ensure all project activities adhere to Aramco’s quality standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, material testing and coordinate with third-party inspectors and certification bodies.
• Monitor non-conformances, implement corrective actions and approve welding procedures (WPS) and procedure qualification records (PQR).
• Prepare and approve documentation related to welding processes and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Former experience working on Aramco projects (ex-Aramco professional).
• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international and Aramco standards, high-level NDT methods.
• Aramco approval certificate preferred.
