About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent to join our modern, data‑driven team in Cairo. You will support clients throughout the buying, selling, and renting processes, delivering tailored property solutions and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client needs and provide customized property recommendations.
• Assist clients with negotiations and transaction processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market and trends.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License.
• Strong expertise in real estate and property transactions.
• Proven sales experience in the real estate sector.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients and developers.
• Proficiency in market analysis and familiarity with market trends.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in the Egyptian real estate market is an advantage.
