Real Estate Project Manager

About the role

Enjaz is seeking a highly organized and results‑driven Real Estate Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of real‑estate projects across Greece. The role involves coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end real‑estate project development from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and governmental authorities.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with Greek regulations, permits, and quality standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost‑benefit analyses.
• Report progress and performance metrics to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Real Estate.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate project management.
• Strong knowledge of the Greek real‑estate market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Fluency in English; Greek language skills are a strong advantage.

Required skills

• PMP certification (preferred).
