About the role
Enjaz is seeking a highly organized and results‑driven Real Estate Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of real‑estate projects across Greece. The role involves coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end real‑estate project development from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and governmental authorities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with Greek regulations, permits, and quality standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost‑benefit analyses.
- Report progress and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Real Estate.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate project management.
- Strong knowledge of the Greek real‑estate market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Fluency in English; Greek language skills are a strong advantage.
Required skills
- PMP certification (preferred).
