About the role

Top Pick Investments is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to join its Giza office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will connect prospective buyers and investors with residential and commercial properties, delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Present property listings, conduct viewings and highlight key features.
• Provide personalized real‑estate advice and recommend suitable options.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts and guide clients through the closing process.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing and legal regulations.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships to generate repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales with a valid real‑estate license.
• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian property market and industry practices.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Effective sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English and/or Arabic; bilingualism is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
