About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join a leading cloud‑based restaurant management platform. The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients and suppliers in a courteous manner.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls and emails.
- Manage visitor logs and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and handling correspondence.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry and document preparation.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service or an administrative role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
- Professional appearance with a welcoming attitude.
- Preferably residing near New Cairo or Fifth Settlement.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
