About the role
This full‑time remote position is for a Recruitment Specialist who will own the end‑to‑end hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for internal teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date recruitment records and reports.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates to promote a positive hiring experience.
Required profile
- Proven proficiency in hiring, interviewing and recruiting processes.
- Strong communication skills for engaging candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in training facilitation and development.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
