About the role
Camunda is seeking a Regional Partner Director for the DACH region to lead and grow relationships with regional and boutique partners, including system integrators and resellers. The role will support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage named partners in the DACH region, supporting sales to exceed business targets.
- Recruit, onboard and develop new partners, creating pipeline and marketing plans.
- Execute go‑to‑market strategies, conduct account mapping sessions, and oversee partner onboarding.
- Communicate Camunda’s vision, technology and value proposition to current and prospective partners.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure effective joint sales engagements.
Required profile
- 7–10 years of field sales experience in channel or direct sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through partner engagement.
- Strong understanding of the partner sales cycle and joint go‑to‑market strategies.
- Analytical ability to manage Salesforce reporting and pipeline.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
