Relationship Manager

About the role

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of affluent customers for Crédit Agricole Egypt. The role focuses on delivering personalized service, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a superior customer experience across a range of banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of affluent customers, achieving revenue, sales, and growth targets.
• Provide personalized service to retain loyalty and maximize profitable contribution.
• Proactively identify new affluent customers and increase the "new to bank" (NTB) base.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional bank products and services.
• Minimize customer attrition and maintain high service quality.
• Train and coach new recruits and graduate trainees.
• Assist the Branch Manager in setting sales action plans and evaluating performance.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other departments to resolve pending cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of affluent banking customers.
• Strong track record of meeting revenue and growth targets.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with a proactive approach.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop junior staff.
• Effective collaboration with branch management and internal support teams.
