About the role

The Relationship Officer will manage a portfolio of customers for Crédit Agricole Egypt, driving revenue, cross‑selling bank products and ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a predefined portfolio of individual and SME customers, achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide personalized service to build durable, profitable relationships and retain loyalty.
  • Deliver superior customer experience, proactively addressing issues and up‑selling bank products.
  • Identify and acquire new affluent customers, increasing the “new to bank” (NTB) segment.
  • Minimize customer attrition through regular contact and high‑quality service.
  • Guide walk‑in clients on self‑service options and coordinate with credit, operations and other departments to resolve pending cases.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, audit requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
