About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Waiter to join our hotel’s dining team. As part of a global hospitality brand, you will help create memorable experiences for guests while working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, friendly service to all guests.
- Assist in the delivery of food and beverage orders throughout the restaurant.
- Participate in the setup and breakdown of restaurant areas and special events.
- Follow all company policies, departmental procedures, and training guidelines.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure consistency with menu standards.
- Handle guest requests courteously and refer complex issues to the line manager when needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar waiter or food‑service role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
