About the role

COLORS is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Representative to join its Cairo store. You will be the front‑line ambassador for our high‑end beauty brand portfolio, helping customers find the perfect products while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting perfumes, makeup, and tools, explaining features and benefits.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain store organization, visual merchandising, and stock presentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest product launches, promotions, and brand information.
• Provide outstanding customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven retail sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong product knowledge of high‑end beauty products and tools.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional appearance and a genuine passion for cosmetics.
• Good command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
