About the role
The Sales Dispatcher ensures the delivery process runs efficiently while meeting performance standards. This role coordinates order fulfillment, fleet utilization, and route planning to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure orders are delivered properly and in good condition.
- Conduct daily meetings with delivery representatives to review performance.
- Analyse delayed delivery reports with pre‑sell representatives.
- Optimize utilization of the distribution fleet.
- Maintain loading efficiency for accurate shipments.
- Update and adjust route plans regularly.
- Monitor assigned customer routes and follow up on issues.
- Support continuous improvement of routing tools using market insights.
- Align sales tools with business and operational needs.
- Manage cooler placements for wholesale sales cases.
- Contribute to training, coaching, and health‑and‑safety initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong command of English.
- Valid driving licence.
- Previous experience in food and beverage companies is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
