Sales Specialist – Partnership & Business Development

About the role

The Sales Specialist will manage and strengthen relationships with strategic partners, sell partner products and solutions to Glamera clients, and drive new business opportunities across GCC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow strategic partner relationships to achieve long‑term collaboration.
• Sell partners’ solutions, meet assigned sales targets, and activate WhatsApp Business services.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities with existing partners and clients.
• Prospect new business across GCC, convert leads into active accounts, and develop tailored value propositions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership materials; lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams for smooth contract execution.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide market insights, monitor partnership performance, and implement revenue‑growth strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership management and B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of Meta platforms and hands‑on experience with WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to identify and act on cross‑sell, upsell, and new‑business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Comfort working cross‑functionally with legal, finance, and product teams.
