Sales Supervisor – Hurghada

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead our field sales team in Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets across the assigned area while ensuring strict compliance with ACCBC’s sales, credit, collection and HR policies.

Key responsibilities

• Set and agree on sales, pricing, contracts and payment terms with customers in line with company policies.
• Promote new products and special offers to maximise volume and distribution.
• Monitor daily performance of each sales representative, track outlet‑by‑outlet results and take corrective actions.
• Lead daily sales team meetings to review previous day results, set targets, plan actions and motivate the team.
• Ensure all team members are equipped with uniforms, playbooks, daily and journey plans before deployment.
• Provide regular feedback on sales trends, customer behaviour and market developments to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain compliance with ACCBC’s Credit, Collection, Sales, Logistics, Code of Conduct and HR policies as well as Egyptian labour law.

Required profile

• Experience leading and developing a field sales team in a traditional trade environment.
• Strong ability to negotiate, resolve objections and drive results.
• Knowledge of sales KPIs, outlet management and route planning.
• Familiarity with Egyptian labour law and corporate compliance frameworks.
