Senior Architectural Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architectural Design Engineer to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from concept through delivery. The role combines advanced Revit expertise with strong technical leadership to ensure functional, aesthetic, and sustainable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee detailed architectural designs, produce 3D models and BIM documentation using Revit.
• Create and maintain Revit templates, family libraries, and parametric designs to boost efficiency.
• Manage BIM execution plans, conduct clash detection, and resolve model conflicts with Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, sustainability standards, and prepare technical specifications and construction documents.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end project workflows, schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
• Act as primary client liaison, present design concepts, 3D visualisations, and provide regular project updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 7+ years of professional experience in architectural design on large‑scale or complex projects.
• Advanced expertise in Revit for 3D modelling, documentation, and parametric design.
• Familiarity with BIM collaboration tools such as Navisworks, Dynamo, and BIM 360.
• Proficiency with supporting tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
