About the role

Overjet, the world‑leader in dental AI, is seeking a Senior Business Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring engine for its fast‑growing, US‑based organization. You will drive high‑volume talent pipelines across multiple continents, ensuring every requisition moves smoothly from intake to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies that tap into overseas talent pools.
• Coordinate a large number of open requisitions across teams and time zones.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with all candidates.
• Keep the ATS (Ashby) accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Partner directly with US hiring managers to translate role needs into strong candidate searches.
• Identify pipeline bottlenecks early and propose proactive solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university in your home country.
• Proven experience recruiting high‑volume roles for a US‑based startup with international reach.
• Ability to work US business hours.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High ownership, low ego, and a track record of taking initiative.
• Comfort thriving in a fast‑paced, technical, mission‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for sourcing and screening.
• Proficiency in using an ATS, specifically Ashby.
• Experience with Juicebox (a plus).
