Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – Insights & Thought Leadership

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager to lead the development of high‑quality insights and thought leadership for its MENA Consulting practice. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, research and storytelling, helping to shape market‑facing narratives that differentiate EY’s capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of thought‑leadership assets such as POVs, reports, podcasts, and presentations aligned with regional strategic themes.
• Translate complex market trends and client challenges into clear, compelling narratives for external and internal audiences.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts to craft executive‑ready storylines and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives by providing insight‑driven content for sector and account teams.
• Collaborate across sector, competency and solutions teams to integrate ideas into cohesive market messages.
• Ensure rigor, clarity and consistency across all deliverables and continuously improve based on feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or professional services, preferably at a senior associate or assistant‑manager level.
• Strong ability to synthesize research, market data and client insights into differentiated narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing high‑impact publications.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and influencing cross‑functional teams.
