Senior Consultant - Modern Work

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to design and deliver scalable Microsoft 365 solutions that enhance collaboration, communication and employee experience. The role will shape modern‑work strategies, define target architectures and work closely with senior stakeholders to address digital workplace challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document target Microsoft 365 tenant architectures, including identity, device management and security.
• Lead implementation and configuration of Microsoft 365 services and related integrations.
• Plan and execute migrations from legacy email, file and collaboration platforms to Microsoft 365.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with Power Platform and third‑party tools to extend functionality.
• Design and drive user‑adoption, change‑management and employee‑experience initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
• Proven ability to lead Microsoft 365 implementations and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (Entra ID) and endpoint management (Intune).
• Experience delivering security controls and integration with Power Platform.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS‑102, MS‑721) are a plus.
