Senior Content & Social Media Communications Officer

About the role

Crédit Agricole Egypt is seeking a Senior Content & Social Media Communications Officer to lead its digital presence and support the bank’s innovation‑driven, sustainable strategy. You will shape social media narratives, create engaging content, and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media calendars, create and adapt content, and publish in line with brand guidelines.
• Translate marketing briefs into digital campaigns, coordinate execution and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Track performance metrics, analyse data, prepare reports and recommend optimisation actions.
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies, brief creatives, review deliverables and monitor media plans and KPIs.
• Ensure digital communication follows tone‑of‑voice, compliance standards and internal coordination.
• Assist in refining commercial communication documents and digital collateral.
• Provide departmental administrative support for documentation, approvals and urgent communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media or digital communication roles.
• Banking or agency experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity and problem‑solving abilities.
